Thursday, 1 February 1912:
Miss Ada KEESE, only dau, of townsman F. Do KEESE, was mar. to Orvil CAMERON of Ray, CO on Thursday of last week, Ceremony at Ft, Morgan, CO.
G. J. LONG, THE WASP editor & wife had a boy that arrived in Talmage on 17 January. LONG is a former Johnson Co, resident, born and raised in Sterling.
Chas, Cashus C. FRANKLIN,, do 23 Jan. at Gooding, ID and the little body was laid to rest in the cemetery at Bayard, NE on 27 January, He was the only son of Mr. & Mrs. Chas. FRANKLIN formerly of this place. He was 5 years old on 7 December, Sympathy is extended to the parents and 2 little sisters.
Thursday, 15 February 1912:
A son b. Sat., 10 January, Parents, Mr. & Mrs. Louie PODKONYAK. Dr, FIX was in attendance.
Thursday, 28 March 1912:
Amos GILLER, foreman for BRIDGES & HOYES Co., led Miss LOBDELL of Gering to the altar Wednesday morning.
Thursday, 9 May 1912:
Frank FULLETON; Miss Edith ROBERTS were mar. a week ago Wednesday at Gering where they will reside.
Thursday, 27 June 1912:
R. I. LEWIS of Lewis Canon northwest of Creighton Valley, is the father of a bouncing boy b. 21 June.

Members of the congregation met on 29 April 1912 to organize the Presbyterian Church. Rev., Thomas C. OSBORNE of Scottsbluff offered prayer, Object of meeting stated by Rev, J. B. CURRENS, Sunday school missionary. OSBORN elected chairman; CURRENS elected secretary, Charter Members: J. N. HOWARD; Mesdames Nary HOWARD, M. M. RINGSBY, O. A. RINGSBY, F. W. MARTIN, M. B. TODD, P. W. BURK. Others who requested the organization but could not attend will be considered as charter members. Trustees: J. N. HOWARD, Mrs. M. RINGSBY Mrs. P. W. BURK. Building Committee: J. W. RINGSBY, Virgil WISE, Jess LUNDY.
From advertisement of L. W. RINGSBY, McGrew, Nebr.: McGrew lies in the famous Horseshoe valley, which in about 8 miles wide and 11 miles long, 'To the south is Pumpkin seed district, which is tributary to McGrew. Scotts Bluff county lays in the western part of Nebraska and extends east from the Wyoming state line to Morril county, The North Platte river divides the county.
